They worshiped the gods of the nations that God had destroyed.H4603H430H1H2181H310H430H5971H776H430H8045H6440 26So the God of Israel caused King Pul of Assyria (also known as Tiglath-pileser) to invade the land and take away the people of Reuben, Gad, and the half-tribe of Manasseh as captives. The Assyrians exiled them to Halah, Habor, Hara, and the Gozan River, where they remain to this day.H430H3478H5782H7307H6322H4428H804H7307H8407H4428H804H1540H7206H1425H2677H7626H4519H935H2477H2249H2024H5104H1470H3117
